Since 1991, when Raffles Hotel reopened her doors after extensive
refurbishment, she has been committed to bringing the finest
chefs and vintners from around the world to participate in
gastronomic events throughout the year. One of the most well-received
and renowned events is the annual Raffles Hotel Wine & Food
Experience.
Every year, the community awaits eagerly for the announcement
of the event. This one-week culinary and wine extravaganza
usually receives overwhelming response from the moment it
is announced, due in part to the internationally-renowned
vintners and largely, to the 3 Michelin Star chefs who participate
in the Raffles Hotel Wine & Food Experience.
