to her equally talented great-grandmother, Sophie Pic, founder
of the famous Maison Pic of Valence. Maison
Pic now holds an enviable rating of 2 Michelin Star.

was not pure coincidence that Lea Linster was awarded 1
Michelin Star in 1987. After all, she is one extraordinary
lady with splendid culinary panache, having been the first
woman to bag the prestigious "Maître Cuisiner"of Luxembourg.

Winner of the Bocuse d'Or, France in 1989,
Lea Linster is a veteran in the Culinary Olympics. With
enthusiasm and fervour, Lea Linster conveys the warmth and
hospitality of her home country Luxembourg in her food creations.
Not contented with just serving extraordinary cuisine, Lea
Linster has since transformed her restaurant - Restaurant
Lea Linster into an "institution" of outstanding
gourmet experience. She now enjoys the fame of being one
of the best lady chefs in Luxembourg and one of the most
celebrated chefs in Europe.

A disciple of
Maître Albert and later the famous Mercure Gallant, Jocelyne
Lotz-Choquart persisted in her love for the culinary art
with an intense passion.

Restaurant Le Mungo Park, managed jointly
with her husband, was an obvious result of her impressive
culinary talent and undying passion. In 1990, Jocelyne Lotz-Choquart
received her first Michelin Star for her cuisine and subsequently
gained fame when she received 17 out of 20 points in the
prestigious Gault et Millau.
Jocelyne Lotz-Choquart's adventurous nature and faith in
her philosophy of life are mirrored in her culinary presentations,
with sensational and artistic masterpieces. "I wanted
to prove to myself that I am more that just an ordinary
woman," says Jocelyne. "Cooking has helped
me to discover myself as well as my capabilities".

Susan Notter's talent in the culinary field has surpassed
many and amazed her counterparts. And it is not difficult
to see why. Having started her career at a tender age of
16, Susan is a prodigy at intricate chocolate artistry and
spun-sugar creations that closely resemble fine china sculptures.
This
special flair and creativity has earned her worldwide attention.

Waving
her magic with chocolates and sugar, she has participated
in countless competitions winning gold medals at the Salon
Culinaire Mondial Basel, Switzerland in 1999 and
at the Societe Culinaire Philantropique, New
York.This natural born culinary "Olympian" competed for
Team Maryland in 1996 and will be competing in October this
year with the US team at the Culinary Olympics IKA
in Germany. She was also honoured by Chocolatier
and Pastry Art & Design Magazine, as one of the Top-Ten
Pastry Chefs in the U.S.A. for the years 1999 and 2000.
