| Christian
Seely – Château Pichon-Lonqueville Baron, Château
Suduiraut, Disznókö Tokaji
Owner
of three vineyards in France and Hungary, Christian Seely draws
out the unique characteristics of each, accentuating them with his
signature style.
Château
Pichon-Lonqueville Baron
Outstanding
Bordeaux has often come from the fine gravel in the south of Pauilliac.
It is enhanced, no doubt, by the precise system of environmental
management practiced by the Château. Such diligence has made
it the first Bordeaux property to receive the coveted ISO 14001
certification.
Château
Suduiraut
Rich and luscious are words commonly used to describe this vineyard’s
produce, which incidentally, ages beautifully. It should come as
no surprise then, that the vineyard itself lies in the picturesque
commune of Preignac at the heart of five Sauternes villages.

Disznókö Tokaji
Known as the wine of kings, and the king of wines in its native
Hungary, its uniqueness lies in the practice of late-harvesting
only exceptional vintages. Self-confessed dessert wine lovers are
advised not to let this chance slip, as it will only be served once
during the Dessert Wine Tasting on 18 November
