1. All prices reflected are Nett. This is inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% GST
2. In order to secure your booking, kindly complete and return this form within 5 days. Please attach a clear copy of the front & back of your credit card together with the completed Registration form.
3. Bookings will be made upon confirmation of pre-payment. Any cancellations made after Monday, 10 January 2011 will not be refunded
4. The minimum attendance for this event is two persons and the maximum booking is 10 persons
5. The minimum age to attend this event is 16 years old
6. Children have to be between 5 to 12 years old to attend the Brunch on Sunday, 30 January 2011
