Salon, like all Blanc de Blancs Champagnes, is made solely with Chardonnay, from one single terroir and one cru. The 1999 Vintage by Champagne Salon Blanc de Blancs will be disgorged in Champagne shortly before its World Premiere Opening at the Raffles Grill Gala Dinner on Saturday 29 January 2011. The President of Champagne Salon-Delamotte, Mr Didier Depond, will be gracing the Gala Dinner. Guests will have the exclusive opportunity to purchase this unreleased and extraordinary vintage at the special price of SGD388.

Château Margaux Premier Grand Cru Classé has been classified as one of the four First Growths in Bordeaux in 1855. Pavillon Rouge and Pavillon Blanc will also be featured. The average vintage production of Château Margaux is 150,000 bottles - 87 hectares are planters including 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, with 2% Cabernet Franc and Petit verdot. Mr Paul Pontallier, President of Château Margaux, will be present at the WFAE to represent the exceptional Château Margaux.
